Sun Search Yachting is a Recruitment Agency based in the Port of Soller, Mallorca.
Our offices overlook the Marina; the fine yachts that we look at daily in front of our window remind us that our primary function is to staff them with experienced, skilled and good natured crew. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our Clients and Candidates alike.
Sun Search Yachting exists to offer crew placement services to the yachting industry worldwide. In an expanding market which has seen unprecedented growth there are simply not enough trained, high calibre staff to go round. The need for a recruitment agency to undertake the search and selection for the Yacht Industries employers is obvious. Sun Search Yachting understands the challenges and is ready to meet them.
Sun Search Yachting is based in Mallorca but we deal with clients from all corners of the world. Our systems mean that there are no delays in the paperwork and photographs that Clients wish to see. We meet as many of the candidates as is possible - fortunately many crew pass through Mallorca during the season and we take the opportunity to interview them en-route.
