About us
Sun Search Yachting is owned and run by the team that brought Sun Search Recruitment and Sun Search Acquisitions to Mallorca. They are all highly experienced recruiters and understand the complexities of the Human Resources business.
Over forty years experience in recruitment in London and Mallorca has prepared them well for Sun Search Yachting which is the newest of the Sun Search companies.
We are `old fashioned' recruiters, we believe there is no substitute for meeting both our Clients and our Candidates and when ever that is possible we will. For us recruitment is about relationships. Technology is helpful but will never replace the excellent service we can give when we know the people we are dealing with. For us recruitment is people not paper or computer centred.
We embrace technology as an aid but make no apologies for a `people first' approach.
